Refund Policy

At JMH Landscaping, we strive to provide quality landscaping services and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

Deposits

Deposits paid to secure services are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If JMH Landscaping is unable to provide the scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the deposit in full or reschedule the service by mutual agreement.

Service Cancellations by the Customer

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled service date may qualify for a partial refund, excluding any non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service date are not eligible for refunds, as resources and scheduling have already been allocated.

Service Cancellations by JMH Landscaping
If we must cancel a scheduled service due to weather, safety, or other valid reasons, customers will be offered either:

A full refund, or
-
A rescheduled service date at no additional cost.

Dissatisfaction with Service

If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, please notify us within 3 business days of completion.

We will review the concern and, at our discretion, may provide:

A service correction at no additional cost, or
-
A partial refund if corrections cannot reasonably be made.

Non-Refundable Items

Materials purchased specifically for a project are non-refundable once ordered.

Completed work (such as lawn installation, plantings, or construction) cannot be reversed and is therefore non-refundable.
